At 1:35 our plane took off for Tucson. I was hoping it wasn't going to be as long of a flight and it wasn't. This is a picture of Tucson as we were landing. It is really flat with mountains all around it in every direction. 
At 3:35 we arrived and Marjorie, Milton, Carol and Haley were there to meet us. I saw my first saguaro catus at the airport. We went back to Milton and Marjorie's house to unload the suitcases and then we went out to eat at a cute little Mexican restaurant with everyone. Carol and Alex had a real surprise for us...they were engaged! That was great to hear.
I had been up for like over 35 hours and really needed to crash. So we went to bed early so we could get up and start our amazing vacation.
